The MS Dream Center holds a holiday bake sale at the Warwick Mall

The mission of the MS Dream Center – R.I. is to engage all members with MS in purposeful activity, while promoting a spirit of camaraderie. Those with MS share their expertise with others with MS, while care partners provide the same. There are only a few paid staff members, as most are volunteers in a “people helping people” atmosphere. There is no charge to join the Center and only token donations are required for certain services.

To date, the Center is offering the support group, Dare to Dream, haircuts, massages, reflexology sessions, a members’ Book Club, art classes, games, seminars held by medical people as well as representatives from a variety of companies. As a result, members are fortified with knowledge and choices that enable them to cope with the daily challenges of Multiple Sclerosis. Respite care for care partners is on the menu as well.
